Food Collages by Julie's Kitchen

I am captivated by the beauty of Julie's Kitchen food collages. Her compositions are vibrant, artfully arranged and just gorgeous. The fruits and vegetables she uses are never from a grocery store, but the Santa Monica Farmers' Market, from a neighborhood forage and her urban garden. For more collages and to learn more about Julie, take a look at her website.

Pomegranate, persimmon, Brussels sprout, apple, sage, rosemary, sweet potato, satsuma, leek,
and thyme.

Patty pan squash, sage, shiso, cucumber, eggplant, zucchini, rosemary, green tomato, and Brussels sprout.

Purple potato, oregano flower, rosemary flower, white zucchini, sage, and eggplant.

Herman Ranch reed avocado, watermelon radish, shiso, purslane, pomegranate, French radish, tongue of fire shelling bean, hass avocado.

  1. These are pretty. I can see Stella McCartney turning these into a lovely fabric to make some chic little pants out of. The designs remind me a bit of that great citrus orange pattern she had a while back. They'd also make fun wallpaper for the pantry, if I had a big pantry that would be good!

  2. Yes, indeed! Now that you point it out, it does remind me of Stella McCartney's citrus pattern! Great observation, Mikky! And yes, I'd love to see Stella turn these into a fabric and make some pants! I would totally rock them.

    1. I love them all, but I especially love the dynamic composition of the squash, sage and shiso collage. Thank you for asking. :) Which one do you enjoy the most?
