Mochi's sticky, glutinous texture and its endless array of flavors is what I find so appealing. There's nothing quite like biting into a mochi and having its delicious filling ooze out. I visited my local mochi shop and chose from a wide range of colors and flavors. But, I have to say;
these were the most memorable of them all: orange cheese and a double mango mochi donut.
The orange cheese was sweet yet savory with whipped cream and bits of cheese running through it. Mmmm...I really enjoyed it.
