Whenever I try a new cheese, I always make sure I make notes of its flavor and texture. Depending where I'm at, I'll either write my notes on a restaurant napkin or a notepad of some sort.
I received this awesome little 33 Pieces of Cheese notebook as a gift. It's a such an easy way to record and keep track of your tasting notes. Simply fill out the fields and you can see every detail you need to know about the cheeses you've eaten. I'll be spending some time in Chicago this weekend for a food extravaganza, and I'm definitely bringing this notebook to keep track of the many cheeses I'll be eating!
Fun note: A tiny amount of raw milk is added to the ink.
