Chilled Peach Soup with Fresh Goat Cheese- I like how the garnishes are on one side, leaving just enough space to showcase the soup's vibrant color. Also, the drizzling of olive oil adds a nice gloss.
Goat Cheese Ravioli with Orange and Fennel- Bits of fennel and orange zest not only add a fresh element to the dish, but great color.
Vanilla Semifreddo and Orange Sorbet Terrine- The placement of orange slices are playful. I like how it's partially eaten.
