As a creative/design person, I become awestruck when I see an ordinary object transformed into something extradordinary. These knive sets designed by Schmidt Brothers (in collaboration with West Elm) are for real. They've turned knives into works of art, utilizing fine woods and german stainless steel to create simply elegant, yet durable knives. Wouldn't these look great on your countertop? Oprah would agree, it was on her list of favorite things.
