Cheese Spotlight: Sonoma Jack

I had my first taste of Sonoma Jack at the Sonoma Cheese Factory shop. Their various assortment of Jack Cheeses were available for sampling. Being the cheese fanatic that I am, I went to town and gave them all a try. I was in flavor town. Sonoma Jack is probably one of the most creamiest Jacks I've ever had. They offer a variety of flavors such as garlic and habanero that beautifully complement the richness of the cheese. Great with crackers, you'll find yourself wanting to try all of Sonoma Jack's delicious flavors.

My favorite is the Mediterranean,  filled with olives, herbs and sundried tomatoes.
